The aim of the South Downs Brewery is to provide local people with high quality real ale brewed locally to the National Park. It is an area of outstanding beauty and we feel this is reflected in the beers we produce. All of our recipes are designed around emotions. Whether it's the Ruskin's Ram which is reliable and honest, or our Devils Dyke which is warming, comforting, and soft, or for that matter any of our other beers. It has always been our aim to cram feeling, along with masses of flavour into every pint.
